Infusion Logistics Limited is a unique service delivery venture incorporated in Kenya with its core business being to arrange for the carriage of its customers’ goods by contracting with various carriers and liaising with government authorities to facilitate clearance of such goods at various designated ports of entrance and exit in East Africa.
The company shall also advise customers on all documentation and customs requirements in the countries of origin and destination in collaboration with its correspondent agents overseas.
The company intends to establish business presence in many countries through a web of partners Led by a strong leadership team, hosted core technology platforms, business processes and a team of professionals.
The team will bring up new features, analysis and functionalities to the logistics and supply chain industry which will address the changing and increasingly important role of logistics in business; logistics performance measures and bench-marking procedures, world-class processes for customer service and order processing, inventory planning and management, supply chain integration, transportation and distribution, warehousing, logistics information systems and implementation strategies.
The main objective of the company is to assist SMEs to develop a comprehensive logistics strategy to support overall business objectives.
